We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The hotel provided a convenient pick-up service from the station, making transportation hassle-free. The location in this scenic area of Japan was amazing, with beautiful views all around. Breakfast was served Japanese style and was delicious. The staff were really nice too accommodate us, with some even speaking fluent English. Mr Ikeda was especially helpful and always offered his assistance. The restaurant served amazing meals, and the view from there, overlooking the dam, was really good.
Nothing to mention; everything was perfect!

I liked the hotel - GREAT location and friendly staff. There was no wi-fi in the rooms. Choosing for lunch Cafe Selene, which is situated 700 feet away was a good idea. I will choose it for sure for next trip on my next trip to Kurobe.

Spent Christmas at a large Japanese-style hotel. The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to the nearby attractions. Enjoyed the traditional yukata and hot green tea provided in the room. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious local cuisine and great service.
The hotel lacked hot water at the washbasin in the room, which was inconvenient. , the hotel had no restaurant for dinner, and the nearby options were limited due to the Christmas holiday.

Best aspects: I recently spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Kurobe and it was an amazing experience! the room was spacious and could easily accommodate a group of people. the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, with mountains in the backdrop and occasional passing trains adding to the charm. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the onsen. It was open 24 hours and the outdoor bath provided a stunning view of the starry night sky.
It was quite disappointing and affected the overall ambiance.
